Ann Rodriguez
Practice Manager
Ann is an experienced plastic surgery office manager who handles the operation of running a smooth and successful practice from administrative to management decision- making. Ann keeps us growing in good harmony, making sure our institute remains state of the art. Although she was raised in an Air Force family, Ann and her family consider Northern Virginia their home.

Pat Bonine
Registered Nurse & Licensed Medical Esthetician
Pat has been a compassionate nurse for 30 years. She has worked with plastic surgeons and medically directed skin care and loves educating patients. Pat puts our patients at ease while educating them on DNA-based age management and Obagi Skin care. Born a Southerner, she lived in the Pacific NW raising her children, but now is a resident of Manassas, VA.


Rima Bitar
Business Development Manager
PhD, Electrical Engineering. Rima comes with a breadth of knowledge in web design and development. She handles our newsletter, med-spa promotional affairs, and patient awareness on the internet. Rima has moved from Los Angeles and now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Dr. Bitar, and is fluent in Arabic and French.

Michelle LaPlante
Licensed Esthetician
Michelle is a graduate from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific SkinCare in Virginia. She is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Michelle was raised in an Army family and enjoyed the majority of her life in South America and is now a resident of Virginia. She also is proficient in Spanish. Michelle believes in healthy skin, education, and overall personal wellness. Her main focus is making her patients smile with having great skin.
Stacey Langley
Patient/Surgical Coordinator
Stacey comes to us with eight years of experience in the medical field, three of which are in plastic surgery. She keeps the schedule running smoothly and also answers patients' online inquiries and keeps them happy. Stacey is a native and resident of Southern Maryland where she attends the College of Southern Maryland on a part time basis.


Lily Bitar
Patient Liaison
Lily handles a variety of patient- related functions such as patient education, coordinating educational seminars, and patient appreciation events. Lily has a vast experience with charity fundraising over the last twenty years. She brings a family-like atmosphere to our institute. Lily lives with her husband in Northern Virginia and is fluent in French and Arabic.

Amy Rinehart
Licensed Esthetician
Amy has received a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New York and has completed her esthetics training. She received her esthetician license in New York State and continues to pursue advanced esthetics training in Virginia. Amy believes in personlized skin care.Her main areas of interest include anti-aging treatment plans, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
