Ann Rodriguez
Practice Manager
Ann joined The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute (BCSI) in 2003, bringing nearly 20 years of plastic surgery office management experience, in a wide variety of specialties. Ann manages all administrative functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, in addition to Marketing and Human Resource needs. Although she was raised in an Air Force family, Ann and her family consider Northern Virginia their home. Pat Bonine
Registered Nurse & Licensed Medical Esthetician
Pat has enjoyed her nursing career for 35 years. In addition to being a registered nurse, she obtained her esthetics license to learn more about how to increase the benefits of facial plastic surgery through skin care. Pat loves educating patients about the different procedures offered at BCSI and helps them through the recovery process. Born a Southerner, she lived in Idaho for 20 years while raising her three children, who are now adults. She enjoys exploring new places and spending time with my family.Rima Bitar
Business Development Manager
PhD, Electrical Engineering. Rima obtained the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008. She comes with a breadth of knowledge in computer programming, mostly in web design and development. She handles our website, newsletter, promotional affairs, and patient awareness on the internet. Rima has moved from Los Angeles and now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Dr. Bitar, and their son John. She is fluent in Arabic and French.Michelle LaPlante
Licensed Esthetician
Michelle is a graduate from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific SkinCare in Virginia and has been working with BCSI since Febuary 2009 in the Manassas location. She is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. A current resident of Northern Virginia, Michelle was raised in an Army family and enjoyed the majority of her life in South America and is proficient in Spanish. With so many options for one’s skin, Michelle truly sets forth her commitment to each and every patient and their interest in achievement of great skin! Her true passion is making her patients smile and see results. |
Stacey Langley
Patient/Surgical Coordinator
Stacey comes to us with eight years of experience in the medical field, three of which are in plastic surgery. She keeps the schedule running smoothly and also answers patients' online inquiries and keeps them happy. Stacey is a native and resident of Southern Maryland where she attends the College of Southern Maryland on a part time basis.Lily Bitar
Patient Liaison
Lily handles a variety of patient- related functions such as patient education, coordinating educational seminars, and patient appreciation events. Lily has a vast experience with charity fundraising over the last twenty years. She brings a family-like atmosphere to our institute. Lily lives with her husband in Northern Virginia and is fluent in French and Arabic.Amy Rinehart
Licensed Esthetician
Amy received her B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New York in 1996 and holds an Esthetic License in both Virginia and New York State. She has been managing skin care at the institute since 2007.
Amy continues to advance in the area of corrective, personalized skin care including chemical peeling, microdermabrasion, acne management and aging skin. She is married and resides in Arlington with her 2 dogs and parrot. Her passion outside of skin care includes animal rescue work. |
