- Licensed Master Esthetician:
The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute is seeking an experienced Virginia licensed master esthetician to handle skin care services in both its Fairfax and Manassas locations. The ideal candidate must be a great team player, with an innovative attitude. The ideal candidate must also have at least 2 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, and 5-7 years of general work experience, and have great customer service and administrative skills as well as possess the following attributes:

- A Licensed Master esthetician degree from an accredited institution
- Computer savvy (MS. Word, Excel, email communications and Internet search). Familiarity with Nextech software is a plus.
- Must be able to meet monthly sales quotas
- Experience administering facials, deep chemical peels, micro-dermabrasions, dermaplane treatments, and IPL treatments
- Experience with Fractional CO2 laser and hair laser removal is a plus
- Previous work in a plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice is a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Must be willing to learn about cosmetic surgery procedures and injectable treatments. Existing knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and injectables is a plus.
- Base Salary commensurate with experience. Commission on sales will be awarded. Additional quarterly bonuses for exceptional performance will be awarded as well.
- Must be willing to sign a reasonable non compete agreement.

- Registered Nurse:
Nursing position needed at a dynamic, growing, cutting-edge cosmetic surgery and skin care institute

The ideal nurse candidate will be able to wear many hats: a team player, a self-starter, loves to learn, loves to take care of demanding plastic surgery /injectables/laser/skin care patients, loves to have continuously new challenges, embraces growth and change, loves to teach and inspire potential patients in an exam room setting or a seminar setting, and possess the following attributes:

1. RN degree with strong penchant for a career in plastic surgery
2. Knowledge of and experience in administering Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Radiesses, Juvederm, Perlane, Restylane)
3. Laser resurfacing knowledge, either having done it yourself, or assistsed in: Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, Erbium laser, laser hair removal, IPL, other lasers a plus.
4. Operating room nursing experience: In office surgical procedures (under local anesthesia- general anesthesia cases go to hospital) including laser assisted liposuction, scar revisions, labiaplasties, mole removals, hair transplantation, etc.
5. Patient interviewing, conducting a consultation and patient counseling, pre-oping for surgery, post-op care.
6. Dressing changes post-operatively, and post-operative care for the gamut of plastic surgery procedures (facial, rhinoplasty, and body procedures).
7. Strong knowledge of skin care including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and ability to interact with estheticians in the same institute for cross referrals ( surgery to skin care and vice versa).

- Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist:
- Seeking a professional administrative assistant/ receptionist to handle a busy front office and assist with various administrative duties in the office.

- Receptionist duties to include:
- Handling and screening incoming phone calls
- Help with rooming patients, checking them in and checking them out.
- Help with pulling charts and making them ready for the medical staff

Administrative duties to include:
- Assist in preparing and sending patient packets
- Assist in confirming patient appointments
- Downloading, handling and printing of patients before and after photos
- Updating advertisements in magazines
- Coordinating the updates of various marketing materials with graphic designer
- Ordering office supplies and making sure the offices are appropriately stocked
- Assist in Updating the website and various social media outlets as appropriate (no programming knowledge required)

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent Computer skills are required (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint are a must)
- Prior experience in a plastic surgery office is a plus, but is not a requirement.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Must be a self starter and take initiative when appropriate
- Education: AA degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
